The literature review of the subject in this research shows that in addition to paying attention to the sustainable development of tourism by determining the key drivers in a highly competitive world in planning and management, there will also be a need for a creative approach in order to examine the desired indicators with Determined and examined from a creative point of view. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the key factors affecting the development of creative tourism in Borujerd County by relying on the new perspective of planning and using special futures studies methods.

It means that creative tourism in Borujerd County is not in a good condition. Finally, according to the ranks obtained from the direct and indirect influence of the variables, 10 key factors were selected as key indicators effective on the development of creative tourism in Borujerd County, which are: "Increasing air, rail and ground lines to the County "; "Marketing and supporting investors"; "Access to the global network"; "Improve the level of foreign languages and communication with universities and industry"; "Improving the level of knowledge of employees of tourism units"; "Attention to ethnic and cultural diversity"; "Participation of natives and attention to vulnerable groups"; "Supporting the rites and traditions of urban and rural society and holding events"; "Oriental ethics and maintaining social security" and "Employment in the tourism sector". Thus, the future scenarios of creative tourism in Borujerd County should be designed based on these factors.
