Abstract
Creating a stable economic environment in rural areas requires the presence of farmer entrepreneurs with good entrepreneurial knowledge. The experiences of past decades show that the development of agricultural entrepreneurship in rural areas is not achieved only by injecting capital and technology, and much more important factors, including knowledge capacity building, play a role in this field. Capacity building of knowledge through ability to create and acquire knowledge, networking and business management causes the individual to identify opportunities and innovative actions. The study examines this issue among small farmer entrepreneurs in the rural areas of Mashhad city. The research method is descriptive and analytical. In this study, 55 villages with farmer micro-entrepreneurs in the city were identified and all 90 micro-entrepreneurs were investigated in the spring of 1401. In this study, capacity-building of individual entrepreneurial knowledge in the field of creation and development of agricultural micro-businesses in three dimensions of networking with 5 indicators, knowledge building with 8 indicators, business management with 5 indicators was quantified with the help of a questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha 0.83 indicates the good reliability of the research tool. Among the entrepreneurs, networking with 2.91, knowledge building with 2.96, management and leadership with 3.03 on the Likert spectrum were evaluated in the average level. the average structure of individual capacity building of entrepreneurial knowledge in agriculture is lower than the theoretical average with 2.97 According to the correlation test, by increasing the capacity building components of entrepreneurial knowledge, income and satisfaction from entrepreneurial activity increase significantly
